All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via Email or telephone) for a full refund (excluding shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know as soon as possible because we often process orders as soon as we got it . If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot

recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undelivered/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.


Our Return Policy 

*Any tea product that hasn't been open can be refund It must be  in “sellable" condition

Any tea product that has been opened can not be refund.

*Dissatisfaction with Kaba seicha Green tea opened containers must be handled directly with us (Kaba seicha). Please contact us. let us know your reason.

Because every individual has a different perception of what does and doesn't taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste. 


All unopened returns teas can be refund under the following conditions:

*A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Kaba seicha must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box. We cannot process returns without this number.

RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 3 weeks from the date the product was shipped out to you.

*All products must be returned in “saleable" condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.

*All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

*All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all tea products. You may wish to insure your return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it.

*In the event of returning a Free Shipping tea, there is a mandatory $8 deduction off your total refund.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.

*Our tea returns cannot be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances.

*If paying by T-T only Store Credit will be issued via PayPal.


*Return reason: In the event you received the wrong merchandise (If not reported in two business days of delivery date cannot be adjusted or credited.)

    In a few cases, we may have shipped you the wrong product by our mistake, different than the actual items you ordered. If that has happened, please call us immediately and directly at +81-99-800-6986.


*If you received the incorrect tea product in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the items. If the item is open there is no replacement.

*All damaged Tea products must be reported to Kaba Seicha within two business days of delivery. Any damage not reported within 2 business days of delivery date cannot be adjusted or credited.

*Keep all original packaging as we require return of the damaged goods.

   No restocking fee, full refund applicable


*Return reason: Received the correct TEA PRODUCT but simply not satisfy with our Tea product. 

30% restocking fee will apply for refund

Shipping cost is not refundable

All tea products must be returned in "sellable" condition in order to receive credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.


Return reason: Special Shipping Instructions ,damage and Stolen Merchandise.


*We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. It is solely up to your driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.

If your package was delivered, and shipping company confirmed it we can not accept any theft claims for the refunds.
